Propulsive Studios is led by Cam, a Royal Television Society Award-winning and BAFTA-nominated producer and director, working alongside a network of talented collaborators.

I’ve spent over 20 years in journalism, radio, TV, and digital production. My background includes producing for major broadcasters and working with organisations like the NHS and the National Trust to uncover powerful stories. Often, I’d find stories that revealed something extraordinary about them but those stories would be left out because they didn’t match the editorial direction of the show.​
That’s what led me to start Propulsive Studios: to help companies tell their own story in a way that reaches the right audience and delivers real results. I work with purpose-led teams to uncover and shape stories that reflect who they are and what they stand for. Alongside high production quality, I bring a clear, strategic approach to storytelling that makes your message land.
